XLine Dubai is the world’s longest urban zipline located at Dubai Marina. It is a must-visit destination for anyone seeking an adrenaline-fueled adventure in Dubai. The zipline measures an impressive 1km in length and offers stunning views of Dubai from a height of 170m.

XDubai Pump Track is an exciting playground designed for urban sports enthusiasts. It features two tracks that cater to both beginners and advanced riders, perfect for skateboards, bicycles, scooters, and rollerblades

• Participants should be between 12 and 65 years old
• Those under 18 need parental consent and must be accompanied by a legal guardian
• If you’re over 65, please consult with us to ensure you’re fit for participation

• Always wear your protective gear – epic falls can happen!
• Give others plenty of room and avoid snaking; it's not cool
• Keep an eye out in all directions to avoid collisions
• Parents and guardians, please keep a close watch on the kids. Children under 10 must be supervised by a parent or a parent-nominated guardian
• Everyone must wear a helmet
• XPark by e&  is exclusively for the use of skateboards, BMX Bikes, inline skates and scooters only. Three-wheeled scooters, penny boards, long boards, mountain bikes and motorized vehicles are not permitted
• Respect the staff and park rules! We’re committed to making your time at XPark by e& fun and safe for everyone!
• Misuse of the facility or misconduct will lead to consequential action including a ban

• Riders must wear helmets while on the track
• Ensure your bike is in top condition and suited for the tracks
• Riders must follow the designated direction
• Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult

We recommend bringing a towel and a change of clothes for your children who might get wet, sandy and muddy.

• Every participant must read and sign the waiver on-site, before partaking in any MX Ride activities
• Parental consent is required for those under 18 years of age
• Ensure you are not managing any conditions or injuries that require immediate medical attention
• Avoid participating if you have recently consumed alcohol, drugs, or medications that might impair your judgement
• Confirm that you are free from serious physical or mental health issues that could affect your judgement and decision making abilities
• We strongly advise against eiding at MX Ride while pregnant to ensure the well-being of both you and your baby. We look forward to welcoming you for a safe and exciting experience post-pregnancy

• You must be aged 12 to 70 years old (riders under 18 need a legal guardian present on the appointment date)

For Young Adventurers, ID must  be presented at check-in, otherwise, you may have to pay the difference for the Adult Adventurer experience.

The XDubai Pump Track is open to all ages, but children should be supervised by an adult.

XPark Jr. caters to children of all ages. Some features of the park best suited for children aged 5 – 12. Please refer to our map for guidance.

XLine Dubai is built and operated by highly-qualified and globally certified teams. Our team carries out daily testing and regular maintenance of the ziplines, making sure safety is always priority.

• Please wear modest comfortable clothing and close-toed shoes – no skirts, dresses, high heels, flip flops or loose footwear
• Provided overall is mandatory to wear
• Long hair should be tied up and leave large accessories at locker for safety

Monday to Friday: 2:30pm to 9:30pm

Saturday and Sunday: 8:00am to 11:30am - 2:30pm to 9:30pm

XDubai Pump Track is open daily from 2pm to 10pm. The track is well-lit, allowing visitors to enjoy their activities even at night.

You are welcome to bring your own water in refillable bottles to stay hydrated. You can enjoy delicious food and refreshments from our café. For health and safety reasons, outside food is not allowed on the premises. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

We are open every day, from 9:20 am to 11:40 am and 2:20 pm until 5:40 pm, with 20-minute intervals.

Timings are subject to change, depending on the season, weather and public holidays. If we need to close the ride for any reason, we will communicate this ahead of time via our social media channels. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook.

The track is designed for everyone! There are two tracks: one for advanced riders and another for beginners and children. The facility is also wheelchair-friendly, making it accessible to people of determination.

Certain areas are wheelchair accessible and we will always do our best to accommodate people with limited mobility.

A single ride down the line is:

• AED 699 for individuals 17 years old and above
• AED 499 for young adventurers between 12 and 16

Yes, there are trained staff members present at the XDubai Pump Track to assist visitors, ensure safety, and provide guidance for beginners.

Your hair should be tied up, and any large accessories like earrings, bracelets and superhero capes should be left at home. Also, please respect the local UAE culture and dress modestly.

The entire experience lasts for approximately 60 minutes, from registering at the XLine Dubai booth in Dubai Marina Mall until you complete the zipline ride.

No, just come right down! No booking is required but the park’s capacity is limited and open on a first come, first serve basis.

Lockers are available to store small items such as handbags, wallets, keys and mobile phones. We recommend leaving shopping bags and luggage at your hotel or home, as locker space is limited. Please remember to clear your locker after completing your ride so it’s ready for the next guest.

Yes, you can capture and share your excitement right up until the take-off platform! However, for your safety, mobile phones and cameras are not allowed during the ride itself. But do not worry, we have got you covered! Our professional camera team will be there to capture every thrilling moment.

The parkss various terrains and features make it unsuitable for pets. Since we cannot gurantee the safety of pets we are unable to allow them on the premises. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your visit!

Definitely! A camera will be attached to your helmet throughout the experience. A personalised video and photos will be sent to the email you used to register.

XPark Jr welcomes you and your little ones seven days a week as per the schedule below:

Yes, but it's subject to availability. Since the XLine Dubai ride is very popular, we highly recommend booking your ticket in advance to secure your spot and avoid any disappointment.

Entrance to the playscape is AED 80 per child and one adult for two hours. An additional adult can join for AED 30 for the first two hours. For each extra hour, there is a fee of AED 30 per person. Children under one enter free, while the fees apply to children aged 1 to 12.

Online bookings can be made using a debit or credit card. For tickets purchased at the XLine Dubai booth, you can pay by debit/credit card or pay cash in UAE Dirhams.

At XPark Jr, the sky is the limit! In our Free Play Area, children can explore tree houses, wooden bridges, play structures, sand and mud play areas, vegetable gardens, a mini orchard, lush gardens, waterfalls, and streams. Our natural playscape offers endless fun with bug catching, den building, hide-and-seeking, log balancing, and more!

Rebooking:

You can rebook your experience under the following conditions:

• The rebooking request is made more than 48 hours in advance, and is subject to availability.
• Weather conditions prevent the XLine Dubai from operating the zipline

Refunds will be issued in these cases:

• Operational reasons that prevent XLine Dubai from operating the zipline.
• Circumstances beyond XLine Dubai’s control require an indefinite closure of the ride.

• Refunds cannot be provided if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time.
• Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment are not eligible for a refund.
• Refunds cannot be issued if safety requirements are not met.
